It supplements your live jotting by filling gaps from the meeting audio, produces sendable summaries for Notion or Slack, and generates context-specific items—follow-up emails, timeline extracts, briefs, or call prep—based on the actual conversation plus your notes.

Granola’s CX team uses a “Recipe” to convert engineer meeting transcripts into draft help articles. The Recipe produces a feature summary, why it’s useful, step-by-step instructions, and suggested screenshots—cutting documentation time by about 10x and leaving only light edits before publishing.
