Granola has integrated directly into Warp, bringing AI-powered meeting notes into the terminal environment where developers spend most of their day. The company announced on LinkedIn that its connector is now live in the AI terminal application.
The integration aims to eliminate the friction of jumping between tools during development work. Developers can now query their meeting notes, action items, and context without leaving the command line. For teams juggling back-to-back meetings and active development cycles, the connector keeps conversation history accessible where code is actually written.
How the Connector Works
Warp users can access Granola's full meeting history through a dedicated connector interface. The integration pulls from the same AI-generated notes that appear in Granola's desktop app, including transcripts, action items, and summaries from Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams calls.
The timing follows Granola's broader push to make meeting context available across different work environments. In February, the company launched Granola MCP, which connected meeting notes to Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor via Model Context Protocol. The Warp integration extends that philosophy into terminal workflows, where developers often need to reference decisions or requirements discussed in meetings.
Granola has also rebuilt its Chat interface to handle queries across months of meeting history, with inline citations that link back to specific conversation moments. That same search capability now surfaces in Warp's command environment.
Context Where Code Happens
The Warp connector addresses a specific pain point for technical teams: the constant alt-tabbing between terminal, browser, and note-taking apps. When a developer needs to recall a feature spec or confirm a design decision mid-implementation, pulling up meeting notes without leaving the terminal keeps flow intact.
For engineering managers and product leads who split time between code review and stakeholder meetings, the integration means less mental overhead tracking what was decided in which conversation. Action items and follow-ups live alongside commit logs and deployment commands.
Granola's positioning as "the AI notepad for people in back-to-back meetings" has led the company to prioritize integrations that meet users in existing workflows rather than requiring them to adopt new tools. The Warp connector follows that pattern, embedding meeting intelligence where technical work actually happens rather than asking developers to check a separate dashboard.
The company raised $125 million in Series C funding in March to expand how it surfaces meeting context across different applications. With Microsoft sign-in support added in January and team collaboration features like shared folders introduced earlier, Granola has been systematically reducing the friction between capturing meeting insights and acting on them during execution.
The Warp connector is available now to all Granola users through the terminal application's integration marketplace.
