Granola Launches Attio Integration for Automated Customer Meeting Notes

Granola Connects Meeting Notes to Attio CRM

Granola has launched an integration with Attio, allowing teams to sync meeting notes directly into their CRM. Users can now add notes from customer meetings to specific people, companies, or deals in Attio, or configure automatic syncing through Granola folders.

The integration addresses a common workflow gap for customer-facing teams who take notes during meetings but need to manually transfer key details into their CRM. With this update, announced on LinkedIn, Granola users can push meeting context directly into Attio without switching tools.

Two Ways to Sync Notes

The integration offers manual and automated workflows. After a customer meeting ends, users can select which Attio record (person, company, or deal) should receive the notes. This gives teams control over where information lands in their CRM.

For recurring workflows, Granola folders can be configured to automatically sync all notes to a chosen Attio record. This eliminates manual steps for teams who consistently meet with the same accounts or run regular customer check-ins.

Attio users can enable the integration company-wide through Settings > Integrations in the latest version of Granola. The company-wide setup means individual team members don't need to configure connections separately.

Context for Customer-Facing Teams

Granola positions itself as an AI notepad designed for people in back-to-back meetings. The tool generates structured notes by combining what users type during meetings with AI-enhanced context. Following their recent update that introduced People and Companies views to track meeting threads over time, this Attio integration extends that customer context directly into CRM workflows.

The timing aligns with Granola's broader push to integrate meeting intelligence into existing work tools. The company recently launched MCP (Model Context Protocol) support to connect notes with Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, and added Microsoft sign-in for teams using Outlook and Teams.

Attio users running customer success, sales, or account management workflows can now pull meeting context into their CRM without copying and pasting. For teams already managing customer relationships in Attio, the integration removes one more manual handoff in their daily workflow.
