Make Launches Agent Library With Pre-Built Templates for AI-Powered Workflows

Make Rolls Out Template Library to Fast-Track AI Agent Deployment

Make has launched an Agent Library designed to help businesses build and deploy AI agents without starting from scratch. The new resource offers pre-built templates spanning multiple business functions, from marketing and business development to customer support, IT, operations, and HR.

The templates provide transparent, customizable workflows that users can inspect, modify to their specific needs, and deploy immediately. Each template includes a clear view of how the agent works under the hood, addressing a common pain point in AI adoption: understanding what automated systems are actually doing.

Transparent Workflows for Business Functions

The library organizes templates by category, with examples including an HR onboarding Q&A agent that helps new employees navigate company policies and processes. Each template integrates with Make's visual scenario builder, maintaining the platform's signature transparency approach to automation.

Make positions the library as an alternative to blank-canvas building, offering what the company describes as "a proven foundation" for teams exploring AI adoption. The templates connect to Make's existing ecosystem of app integrations, allowing agents to interact with tools like Slack, CRMs, databases, and other business software.

The launch builds on Make's recent focus on AI agent infrastructure. The company introduced public sharing and one-click duplication of agent scenarios earlier this year, and recently launched a social media comment responder agent. The platform also unveiled Grid workspace with real-time collaboration features and conditional logic modules.

Education and Implementation Resources

Alongside the template library, Make offers a hands-on Academy course called AI Agents Foundation to help users understand the fundamentals of building and deploying agents. The company also released an AI Playbook tool that helps organizations assess their current AI setup and map next steps for implementation.

The Agent Library is available now at make.com/en/ai-agents-library. Templates can be deployed on Make's free tier, though usage limits and execution operations depend on the user's subscription level. The company targets the library at teams exploring AI adoption, organizations scaling automation, and enterprise users managing complex workflows.

Make competes in the automation space with platforms like Zapier and n8n, which have also been expanding their AI capabilities. The template approach mirrors broader industry trends toward lowering barriers to AI implementation, though Make emphasizes workflow transparency as a differentiator in agent design.

The AI-Native Solopreneur: Build Without a Technical Co-Founder

Effie Bersoux presents a paradigm shift in entrepreneurship where AI enables solo founders to build, validate, and scale businesses without technical co-founders or significant capital. Drawing from Growth Girls' experience building 40+ companies in one year and going from a £4m exit (7 years) to a £40m acquisition target (1 year), she demonstrates how AI breaks the traditional capital-talent-traction loop that disadvantages undercapitalized founders. The talk provides concrete frameworks for AI-native operating models, automation decision-making, and rapid idea-to-market validation.

The Mindset Shift That's Creating AI Native Companies

Former HMRC Deputy IT Director Ashraf Murtada shares a framework for understanding AI maturity through three levels: AI Assistance (demanding specific outputs), AI Agents (autonomous systems like Team Brain that join meetings and generate documentation), and AI Coding (building complete applications in hours instead of months). The presentation includes live demos of games, internal tools, and SaaS products built rapidly with AI, arguing that software development is becoming commoditized and traditional MVP timelines are collapsing from 6 months to 6 weeks.
