Learn to create with AI NoCode.
Hey, happy Tuesday, and welcome back to the Create With newsletter! ✨
Before January closes; we've made some predictions. With the assumption we'll be wildly off target come 2026.
Onto the guesses... 🔮
🔎 Preview: In today's issue
- MVP explained and what's changed with AI
- 3 brain bombs
- 7 predictions for 2025

MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the simplest version of a product that lets you test an idea, gather feedback, and iterate—without overbuilding.
MVPs in the NoCode Era
No-code tools have made it easier for non-technical founders to build products using drag-and-drop interfaces. Platforms like Bubble, Framer, and Glide let you create apps and websites without coding, making MVP development faster and more accessible.
How AI Is Changing MVPs
AI takes no-code a step further. Instead of dragging and dropping, founders can now describe what they want in plain language, and AI generates the code. This removes technical barriers, allowing for more customisation without hiring developers (at least for the initial stages).
Tools like Replit, Loveable and Bolt not only generate but also host and maintain code, reducing friction. AI acts as a co-pilot, making product development even more intuitive.
What to Avoid
⚙️ Feature Bloat – Your MVP should focus on solving one core problem really well. More features ≠ better product.
🧑🏾💻 Bunker Building – Don’t build in isolation. Share your progress, gather feedback early, and iterate based on real user input. An MVP should allow you to hand over a solution and have it followed from start to finish.
An MVP isn’t about perfection—it’s about learning fast with minimal effort. Whether you’re using no-code, AI, or traditional development, the goal is the same: validate, iterate, and grow. 🚀
One example we've seen recently is Typoro. It does 1 thing, really well. Enables professionals to craft Linkedin posts consistently. It does not need extra integrations, single sign on, confetti, a pomodoro timer or dark mode (okay, actually it does have that last one).
What are you going to create Let us know...
🔊 On your radar (bytesize brain bombs)
⭐️ China's Deepseek R1, as good as OpenAI's 01 and 30x cheaper.
👉 This matters because it's happened again. Models are being commoditised. OpenAI's dominance might not be the model itself.
⭐️ OpenAI has tasks. You can schedule chatGPT to do things
👉 This unlocks more improvements to your own personal productivity (eg. habit tracking, language learning, daily summaries) and simultaneously kills even more consumer apps. Todoist have responded already 😱
⭐️ A new study in Nigeria just revealed that students using AI as an after-school tutor made learning gains equivalent to two years of traditional education in just six weeks
👉 This matters because it shows traditional and workforce education will be disrupted. Do you want to watch it happen or build a product and be part of it?

Final thoughts
Here's our predictions for 2025:
🤖 AI Agents take over workflows – Advanced, AI-native processes redefine productivity.
🔬 Model wars shift to UX, price security – Performance is a given; differentiation moves elsewhere.
💰 The decline of Big SaaS – Personal software AI-native solutions replace bloated platforms.
🦄 The rise of the “one-person unicorn” – Solo founders + AI agents generating millions becomes the norm.
🌻 Vision distribution > technical skills – Knowing what to build matters more than how to build it.
📚 Modular education. With the innovation comes up-skilling. Hyper personalised education is in.
👩🏾🎨 The design engineer replaces the standard designer. Optimise for taste and function.
🤷🏽♀️ Human interaction over AI. As social media is swarmed with AI generated content; a section of people orientate to real life conversations and human trust.
What's your prediction for this year
With good vibes 👋
