Likewise; we've been busy hosting AI meetups around the world so we've got some alpha from ground zero.

Let's jump in...

🧩 Context (for your AI Agent)

If your agent’s an intern, context is everything they need to do the job well: the background, the rules, and the reference material.

Without it, they’re guessing. With it, they get things right.

☕️ “Make tea.” → They don’t know if you take milk or sugar.
✅ “Make one mug of Yorkshire Tea, splash of milk, no sugar.” → They nail it.

Agents work the same way. They do better when you give them the right background:

  • The goal (what they’re trying to achieve) — see episode 2
  • The tone and format you expect
  • The data or examples they can use — notes, past emails, spreadsheets, CRMs
  • The constraints — who it’s for, how long it should be, what to avoid

Context isn’t about quantity. It’s about relevance.

Rather than uploading the whole company handbook; share only the parts pertinent to the task.

⚙️ How context differs from prompting

Your prompt is the instruction — what you want done right now.
Your context is the background that gives that instruction meaning.

🗣️ Prompt: “Write a reply to this customer.”
🧠 Context: “This customer has an open complaint, prefers short emails, and is on our premium plan.”

Same task, very different result.

🧩 **Context engineering (you may hear this mentioned)**
Context engineering is simply the craft of giving your agent enough to work with.

Too little, and it guesses.
Too much, and it gets lost.

Think of it like packing for a trip: take what’s useful, leave the rest.
Good context keeps things clear, quick, and on-target.

🎯 To do it well:

  • Keep information short and current.
  • Use light structure — sections like “Goal,” “Background,” “Examples.”
  • Update as your work changes.

💡 **Why this matters:**
Prompting tells your agent what to do.
Context helps it do it the right way.
Give it the essentials, not the excess, and it’ll stay sharp and useful.

📆 Next week, we’ll look at Tools — what your agent can actually use to get things done.

🔊 On your radar

Keep your finger on the pulse of what we think is hot in the space right now 🔥

It's Softr Build Week: ship an AI app in 7 days

👉 Why it matters: A week of daily live sessions to help you build and launch a simple AI-powered Softr app. Useful if you’re curious about agents but want a guided path to something tangible. Expect practical tips, community support, and a deadline that helps you finish.

And another build week from Noloco; day 1 they released Nola, your personal architect,

👉 Why it matters: From first inspection it gives you the builder, an architect agent to help build and maintain your app seems like a smart move. More releases all week.

Agent Skills let Claude load task-specific “skills” like Excel, brand rules, and code

👉 Why it matters: You can now package your workflow as a reusable skill Claude auto-loads when relevant. Think “folders with instructions, templates, and scripts” that help it produce better spreadsheets, decks, and docs, or run reliable code for repetitive tasks.

🔥 **Extra Bits... (as of 7pm CET Tuesday 😅)**
⭐️ Lovable launches Shopify integration
⭐️ OpenAI release their own browser called ChatGPT Atlas. No hot takes as we haven't used it; however Simon Willison thinks the memory feature is cool...the rest is meh.

💭 Final Thoughts

Sometimes it is just one of those days where "do it" is enough.

...there's always tomorrow.

See you next week!

With good vibes ✨
