- ⬆️ Grok4 and Elon Musk come out kicking
- 🌞 Summer themed events to keep the good times rolling
Hey builders! 👋 Ready to share new products with the world faster than ever
In this issue we’ve packed what's important for you to know this week - from AI enabled browsers, to spicy model releases from xAI.
Let's kick off by learning about those very AI enabled browsers.
Explain Like I'm 5
AI-enabled browsers
They're the next evolution of web surfing - think Google Chrome ChatGPT rolled into one.
Instead of just loading websites, these browsers understand what you’re looking at and can act on it.
Perplexity’s Comet (just look at that landing page) can book hotels and send emails directly from web pages, while Dia from The Browser Company lets you chat with your open tabs and create custom “Skills” for repetitive tasks.
OpenAI is reportedly weeks away from launching their own AI browser that integrates their Operator agent. The real productivity hack isn’t the AI itself - it’s eliminating context switching.
No more copy-pasting between ChatGPT and your browser, or opening new tabs to ask questions about what you’re reading.
The AI lives where you work, understands your full context, and acts without breaking your flow.

⭐️ The Complete Guide to "Vibe Marketing" with AI
👉 This matters because: Marketing playbooks just got an upgrade. This 30-minute guide covers AI workflows, prompts, and tools that actually work—not just theory. Instead of cobbling together random ChatGPT prompts, you get proven systems for content creation, customer research, and campaign optimisation. Try dictating to it using Wisprflow rather than typing to feel extra vibey.
⭐️ Elon Musk's xAI launches Grok 4 alongside a $300 monthly subscription
👉 This matters because: Grok 4 just claimed the top spot on Humanity's Last Exam and other AI benchmarks, positioning itself as the "smartest AI in the world". But here's the twist - users discovered that Grok 4 literally searches Elon Musk's X posts before answering controversial questions, essentially checking with its creator's views first.
⭐️ Google launches Gemini Embedding model at #1 on MTEB leaderboard
👉 This matters because: Google just released the highest-performing embedding model available + with very competitive pricing. This isn't just another model drop; it's Google throwing down the gauntlet in the embeddings arms race. If you're building RAG systems, semantic search, or recommendation engines, you now have a new performance leader that's ready for scale.
☕️ Knowledge shot - Embeddings is the process of turning long passages of text into numbers ("vectors") which represent meaning. These numbers, along with the text, are stored in a special vector database. This allows you to search for things by meaning rather than by matching up keywords.

📺 $358K bootstrapped business on a $0 budget with Tanya Van Gastel
Hot off her recent exit, we just released the talk by Tanya Van Gastel from the main stage at Create With 2025.
She breaks down exactly how she built a $358K AI SaaS business without a penny of external funding.
This isn't theory - it's a real playbook from someone who just did it.
She walks through the marketing channels that actually moved the needle (spoiler: affiliate marketing and SEO drove almost all revenue), why PR boosted credibility but killed conversions, and her exact process for finding keywords and building backlinks.
Plus, she shares her landing page essentials that convert, including founder-led videos and smart FOMO tactics.
If you're bootstrapping an AI product and need to know what actually works versus what sounds good on Twitter, this is essential viewing.

📺 How to make UX feel fast with Petter Amlie
Speed isn't just about your server response times - it's about making users think your app is blazing fast even when it's not. Petter Amlie breaks down the psychology behind perceived performance and reveals the UX tricks that make apps feel instant.
He covers the difference between actual speed (engineering) and felt speed (design), then dives into proven tactics like strategic loading animations, progress indicators that actually work, and attention-diverting techniques borrowed from Uber and other apps.
This isn't about optimising databases, it's about controlling user perception through smart design choices. If your app feels slow but you can't throw more servers at the problem, this talk shows you how to hack user psychology instead.

🔦 Community Spotlight: Brighton AI
Our very own James recently gave a demo at the 4th edition of Brighton AI's No Code + Brews meetup organised by Create With Conference attendees Rose and Shamini.
James gave the room an inside look at how we built our Create With event app this year using Bubble, with a Gemini AI integration that intelligently matched attendees for networking, as well as a look at our internal MCP built in n8n. You can watch our video about making your own here.
The evening was packed with brilliant demos, including Melissa Westbrook's multilingual chatbot magic, Paul Addicott-Evans showing research automation in Make, and Rose Tighe's Lindy AI agent templates.
