Tally Forms has launched a native integration with Attio, allowing users to trigger CRM workflows directly from form submissions without third-party automation tools.
The integration works through Attio's workflow builder. Users add a "Form Submitted" trigger to any workflow, select a Tally form from their account, and the workflow fires automatically whenever someone submits that form. Each form field passes through as a typed output, meaning text fields, emails, and other data types arrive in Attio ready to use in subsequent workflow steps.
This removes the need for Zapier or manual webhook configuration, two common workarounds teams have used to connect form tools to CRMs. For businesses running lead capture, sales intake, or customer onboarding through Tally, the integration means submissions can update records, assign tasks, or trigger follow-up sequences in Attio without manual data entry.
Direct CRM Updates Without Middleware
The integration is particularly useful for teams that rely on Attio as their system of record. Instead of exporting CSV files or copying form responses into a CRM manually, submissions flow directly into workflows. A lead form on a landing page can create a new contact record, assign it to a sales rep, and send a Slack notification in one automated sequence.
Because form fields are passed as typed outputs, workflows can route data intelligently. A dropdown field asking for company size could trigger different follow-up sequences for enterprise versus SMB leads. A checkbox asking for product interest could tag records for specific campaigns.
Tally has been expanding its integration ecosystem over the past year. The company recently launched native integration with Notion and added formula support to conditional logic across all plans. The Attio integration continues that pattern, targeting teams that want to reduce their automation stack and consolidate workflows.
Setup and Availability
The integration is available now to all Tally users. Setup requires connecting a Tally account to Attio through the workflow builder, then selecting which form should trigger the workflow. There is no mention of additional cost or plan restrictions in the announcement.
Tally remains free for unlimited forms and submissions, a positioning that has made it a popular alternative to Typeform and Jotform among solo founders and small teams. The company recently added a one-click Typeform importer to make switching easier.
For teams already using Attio, the integration removes a step in the workflow setup process. For those evaluating form tools, it positions Tally as a CRM-friendly option that does not require middleware to connect data pipelines.
