Jotform Launches Presentation Agents to Automate Live Presentations

Jotform has officially launched Presentation Agents, a new AI tool that replaces static slide decks with interactive, voice-narrated presentations that can answer audience questions in real time.

The tool converts existing PowerPoint or PDF presentations into AI-powered experiences, or generates new presentations from scratch. Once created, Presentation Agents deliver custom narration for each slide and respond to viewer questions without requiring the presenter to be online.

How Presentation Agents Work

Users upload a PPTX or PDF file, or have the AI create a presentation from a prompt. The system then generates a script tailored to each slide and adds voice narration. Presenters can customize the script, change the AI voice and language, and adjust interaction settings before sharing a link or embedding the presentation on a website.

When viewers engage with the presentation, they can ask questions at any point. The AI agent responds in real time, drawing from the presentation content and any additional context the creator has provided.

Jotform positions the tool as a solution for teams that need to deliver consistent information across time zones or handle repetitive presentation scenarios. Sales teams can deploy agents to walk prospects through product demos. HR departments can automate onboarding presentations for new hires. Educators can create self-paced learning modules that students can revisit and question.

Built for Enterprise and Education

This launch follows Jotform's previous enterprise rollout and a case study with Upward Bound, a nonprofit that used Presentation Agents to streamline student onboarding. The tool is available now as part of Jotform's broader AI suite, which also includes AI-powered form creation and workflow automation.

The product fits into a growing category of AI presentation tools, competing with platforms like Canva's AI design features and dedicated AI slideware. Jotform's angle is integration with its existing form and workflow ecosystem, allowing teams to link presentations to data collection and automated follow-up actions.

According to the product page, Presentation Agents are already trusted by thousands of teams. The company is offering a free tier for users to test the tool, with premium features available on paid plans.

Real-Time Engagement Data

Presenters can track viewer engagement through a dashboard that logs every question, answer, and slide interaction. This data can inform future presentations or identify common areas where audiences need more detail. The system supports multiple languages for both narration and Q&A, expanding accessibility for global teams.

Jotform has not disclosed pricing specifics for Presentation Agents beyond the free tier, but the tool appears positioned as an add-on to existing Jotform subscriptions. Teams already using Jotform for forms and workflows can create agents within the same workspace.

The launch marks Jotform's continued push into AI-powered productivity tools, building on earlier releases like Jotform AI for form creation and a ChatGPT app for managing forms through conversational interfaces.
