Jotform Launches Presentation Agents for Enterprise Customers

Jotform Brings AI-Powered Presentations to Enterprise

Jotform has launched Presentation Agents, a new AI feature for its Enterprise tier that transforms static slides into interactive presentations. Announced on LinkedIn, the tool is designed to help teams automate presentation workflows and cut preparation time.

The feature builds on Jotform's broader AI Agents platform, which already includes tools for automating Gmail drafts and managing Instagram DMs. Presentation Agents extends this automation layer to decks and slide content, a workflow that typically requires manual assembly, formatting, and iteration.

What Presentation Agents Does

Presentation Agents takes existing slide content and adds interactive elements, dynamic data pulls, and conditional logic without requiring users to rebuild from scratch. The system analyzes uploaded slides, identifies opportunities for automation, and inserts live form responses, charts, or approval workflows directly into the presentation.

Unlike traditional slide tools, the feature integrates with Jotform's form builder and database. Teams can embed live polls, collect feedback during a presentation, or trigger follow-up actions based on audience input. A sales team, for example, could present a proposal deck that automatically updates pricing based on real-time form submissions from prospects.

The AI also handles version control. If a team updates a data source or form, the presentation automatically reflects the latest information rather than requiring manual edits across multiple slide versions. This is particularly useful for quarterly reviews, investor updates, or client reports where data changes frequently.

Early Results from Financial Times

Jotform cited the Financial Times as an early adopter, claiming the publication saved 80% of the time previously spent reviewing internal applications. While specifics on the workflow weren't disclosed, the use case suggests Presentation Agents was deployed to automate application review presentations, likely pulling candidate data from forms and structuring it into review-ready decks.

That kind of efficiency gain isn't unusual for workflow automation tools, but it does highlight where Jotform sees the feature fitting: internal operations, HR workflows, client onboarding, and other repetitive presentation tasks.

Enterprise-Only for Now

Presentation Agents is currently exclusive to Jotform Enterprise customers. The company hasn't announced plans to roll it out to lower tiers, which aligns with its strategy of gating advanced AI features behind the Enterprise paywall. That positions it as a premium add-on for larger teams with complex workflows, rather than a mass-market tool.

The feature joins a growing set of AI capabilities within Jotform's ecosystem. The platform has been aggressively expanding its AI Agents offering, with recent launches including Gmail-style drafting tools and social media management agents. Presentation Agents continues that trend, extending automation into content creation and delivery.

For teams already embedded in Jotform's form and workflow ecosystem, the integration is straightforward. For others, it raises the question of whether the productivity gains justify adopting another platform-specific tool or sticking with existing presentation software like Google Forms paired with dedicated slide tools.

Jotform hasn't released pricing details specific to Presentation Agents, but Enterprise plans typically require custom quotes based on team size and usage. More information is available on the Jotform website.
