Jotform Launches AI-Powered Presentation Agents for Enterprise Users

Jotform Targets Enterprise Communication With AI Presentations

Jotform has released Presentation Agents, a new feature that transforms static slide decks into interactive, AI-narrated presentations for its Enterprise customers. The capability, announced on the company blog, lets users upload existing PowerPoint or PDF files, generate presentations from text prompts, or import from Google Slides.

Unlike traditional presentation tools, Presentation Agents use AI to narrate content and respond to audience questions in real time. Users can interrupt the presentation to ask clarifying questions, with the AI agent providing context-specific answers before resuming the slide deck. The feature integrates with Jotform's existing form infrastructure, allowing teams to embed feedback collection or data capture directly into presentations.

Three Creation Paths, One Interactive Experience

Jotform offers three methods for building Presentation Agents. Users can upload existing PDF or PowerPoint files, which the platform converts into narrated presentations while preserving original formatting. Alternatively, the AI generation path creates both slides and scripts from text descriptions, handling design and content simultaneously. Teams using Google Slides can import presentations directly, maintaining their existing workflows.

Once created, presentations support extensive customization. For uploaded decks, users edit the AI-generated narration scripts while keeping original slide designs intact. AI-generated presentations allow modification of both visual layouts and accompanying narration. The platform includes slide-based navigation, letting presenters jump to specific sections during live sessions or allowing viewers to explore content at their own pace.

The interactive Q&A system represents the most significant departure from conventional presentation software. Audience members can interrupt with questions at any point; the AI agent pauses the presentation, provides relevant answers drawing from the full slide deck content, then resumes where it left off. This creates a conversational experience without requiring a human presenter to be available.

Enterprise-Focused Integration Strategy

Presentation Agents are available exclusively to Jotform Enterprise customers, positioning the feature as part of the company's broader push into AI-powered workplace tools. Following recent launches of Gmail and Instagram automation agents, the presentation capability extends Jotform's AI agent portfolio into internal communication and training scenarios.

The form integration feature differentiates Presentation Agents from standalone tools like Google Forms or Typeform. Presentations can trigger data collection at specific points, such as post-training assessments or lead qualification questions during sales pitches. This connects presentation content directly to Jotform's backend workflows and automations.

Narration controls give administrators oversight of AI-generated content. Teams can configure which slide elements the AI includes in its verbal explanations, ensuring consistent messaging across automated presentations. The system also supports custom branding and white-labeling for Enterprise accounts.

Jotform positions Presentation Agents for use cases including employee onboarding, product demos, training modules, and customer education. The asynchronous nature allows presentations to run without live facilitators, potentially reducing the time teams spend on repetitive explanation sessions. However, the feature's Enterprise-only availability means smaller businesses using Jotform's standard plans cannot access the capability, at least for now.
