Jotform has rolled out labels for Enterprise workspaces, giving teams a new way to organize forms, workflows, AI Agents, apps, Sign documents, and other assets. The feature, announced on the company blog, is designed to help users group related items without relying solely on traditional folder structures.
Labels work across all asset types in a Jotform Enterprise workspace. A project manager can tag all assets related to a client onboarding project with a single label, pulling together forms, approval workflows, and AI-powered agents into one view. The same asset can carry multiple labels, making it visible in different contexts without duplication.
Organizing Beyond Folders
The feature addresses a common pain point for teams managing large workspaces: assets scattered across different product areas. A marketing team might have event registration forms, automated follow-up workflows, and AI chatbots all tied to the same campaign but stored in separate sections. Labels let users surface everything in one place.
According to Jotform, labels improve visibility for cross-functional projects. A compliance team can tag all HIPAA-related forms and documents, regardless of which department created them. Labels appear on the My Workspace homepage, where users can filter assets by tag or combine multiple labels to narrow results.
Integration with Recent Updates
Labels build on Jotform's recent Enterprise 2.0 platform, which unified teams and workflows earlier this year. The update introduced shared workspaces, role-based permissions, and tighter integration between Jotform's form builder, approval tools, and AI products.
The company has been expanding its AI capabilities rapidly. It launched Shopify AI Agents for customer support and Presentation Agents with AI voiceovers in recent months. Labels give Enterprise customers a way to manage these AI tools alongside traditional forms and workflows.
The feature is live now for all Jotform Enterprise users. Teams can create and apply labels directly from the My Workspace homepage. Jotform has not indicated whether labels will roll out to non-Enterprise plans.
