Jotform has launched as the first form builder in ChatGPT's app marketplace, enabling users to create, customize, and analyze forms without leaving the conversation window.

The integration allows users to tag Jotform directly in ChatGPT, connect their account, and generate complete forms from a single prompt. Once created, forms can be refined through natural language requests to add or remove fields, rewrite questions, adjust settings, or update themes and layouts.

Jotform's ChatGPT app covers the full form lifecycle. Users can list existing forms, pull submission data, and filter responses by date, status, keywords, or specific field values. ChatGPT can then summarize insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements based on actual submission data.

The app eliminates context switching for teams managing forms across multiple projects. According to the official product page, the workflow handles creation, editing, design, and analysis without requiring users to open separate browser tabs or switch between tools.

The integration works by having users mention Jotform in a ChatGPT conversation. After connecting their Jotform account, they can issue instructions like "create a customer feedback form" or "update the theme to match my brand colors."
