Framer Adds Expert Verification Badges on Dribbble for Certified Professionals

Framer is making it easier for clients to find vetted website designers. The company announced on LinkedIn that certified Framer Experts can now display official verification badges on their Dribbble profiles, creating a direct bridge between Framer's expert network and one of the design community's largest portfolio platforms.

The integration addresses a straightforward problem: as demand for Framer specialists grows, clients need a reliable way to identify professionals who have been vetted by the platform itself. By connecting their Dribbble profiles through the Framer Expert dashboard, designers gain an official badge that appears on their Dribbble presence, signaling to potential clients that they have met Framer's certification standards.

How the verification works

The process is intentionally simple. Existing Framer Experts log into their expert dashboard and connect their Dribbble account. Once linked, their Dribbble profile automatically displays the Framer Expert verification badge. This creates a searchable directory of verified professionals on Dribbble, where clients already browse designer portfolios.

For designers not yet in the program, Framer continues to accept applications through its standard expert certification process. The company evaluates applicants based on their Framer proficiency, portfolio quality, and client work history. Accepted designers gain access to the expert dashboard, where they can manage their profile, connect social accounts like Dribbble, and access other program benefits.

Why this matters for the Framer ecosystem

Framer's expert network has become increasingly important as the platform scales beyond individual creators to agencies and enterprises. The company recently raised a Series D round, highlighting growing demand for professional services around its website builder. Unlike traditional web development, which often requires coding knowledge, Framer enables designers to build production sites directly, but complex projects still benefit from specialists who understand the platform's capabilities and limitations.

The Dribbble integration serves both sides of the marketplace. Experts gain visibility on a platform where design work is already being showcased and discovered. Clients gain confidence that the designers they find have been validated by Framer itself, reducing the risk of hiring someone unfamiliar with platform-specific workflows.

Framer joins other NoCode platforms that have built formal expert programs to support their ecosystems. Webflow, Bubble, and others maintain similar certification systems, recognizing that professional services often determine whether businesses succeed in adopting new tools.

The timing aligns with Framer's broader product momentum. The platform recently shipped CMS 3.0 with inline editing and introduced Logo Shaders for dynamic animations, expanding what designers can build natively. As features grow more sophisticated, the value of working with certified experts increases.

Designers interested in joining the program can apply through Framer's expert application portal. Current experts can connect their Dribbble profiles immediately through their dashboard. Clients can browse verified Framer Experts directly on Dribbble using the platform's search and filtering tools.
