ElevenLabs announced a partnership with Customers Bank to deploy its ElevenAgents platform across customer and employee operations. The collaboration extends AI-powered voice support to a $25 billion-asset US bank that has built its reputation on dedicated, single-point-of-contact service.
Customers Bank, which holds a Net Promoter Score nearly double the industry average, will roll out three AI agents designed to preserve the quality of its existing customer relationships while scaling availability and response times. The deployment centers on conversational support that keeps a human escalation path one step away.
24/7 Support, Onboarding, and Real-Time Coaching
The bank's first agent handles account inquiries, card services, and transfers through voice and chat interfaces on phone, web, and mobile. It operates around the clock, giving customers access to the same service level at 10pm as they would receive during business hours.
A second agent guides new customers through account setup and onboarding workflows, while a third provides real-time coaching to contact center staff during live calls. The coaching agent is designed to surface relevant information and suggestions as conversations unfold, without interrupting the human interaction.
All three agents are built with human escalation built into the architecture, ensuring customers and staff can move to a live representative when the situation requires judgment or relationship management beyond the agent's scope. The bank plans to expand the partnership into additional workflows over time.

Customers Bank's single-point-of-contact model gives every client a dedicated banker familiar with their business. The ElevenAgents rollout is intended to extend that model into support channels where customers increasingly expect immediate, conversational access, particularly outside traditional banking hours.
ElevenLabs has been building out its agents platform for enterprise use cases throughout 2026. The company recently introduced multimodal support across WhatsApp and web interfaces, and launched ElevenAgents for Support as a dedicated product for customer service teams. The platform now competes directly with solutions from OpenAI, Google, and specialized voice AI vendors in the customer support automation market.
Banking on Voice AI
The Customers Bank partnership marks a deeper enterprise commitment for ElevenLabs in regulated industries. Banks face strict compliance requirements around customer data, call recording, and agent behavior, all of which require tight integration with existing systems and audit trails.
While the company has deployed AI agents in government and commercial settings, financial services present unique technical and regulatory demands. The rollout at Customers Bank will test whether ElevenAgents can meet those requirements at scale while maintaining the conversational quality that differentiates the platform from traditional IVR systems.
The partnership follows ElevenLabs' Series D raise in February 2026, which valued the company at $11 billion. The company crossed $500 million ARR in May and has been expanding internationally, including new operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Spain.
Customers Bank will begin rolling out the first agents in the coming months, with the onboarding and coaching agents following on a phased timeline. The bank has not disclosed which departments or customer segments will receive agent access first, or whether it plans to make agent interactions opt-in or default for certain service channels.
