Jotform Launches Salesforce Agent, an AI Chatbot for Native CRM Support

Jotform Launches Salesforce Agent for Direct CRM Integration

Jotform announced the release of Salesforce Agent, an AI chatbot that connects directly to Salesforce to capture leads, manage records, and automate customer support workflows. The tool represents Jotform's continued push into enterprise CRM automation, following their recent Salesforce integration and AppExchange listing.

Unlike traditional form-based data collection, Salesforce Agent operates as a conversational interface embedded within Salesforce. Users can interact with the chatbot to create or update records, route support cases, and deliver personalized responses based on data already stored in their CRM. Jotform positions the tool as a way to reduce manual data entry and streamline customer interactions without requiring users to switch between platforms.

The chatbot pulls directly from Salesforce data, allowing it to respond to inquiries with context-specific information. For example, a support agent could query customer history, update case statuses, or log new leads through natural language commands. Jotform claims this reduces the need for complex automation setups or third-party integration tools like Zapier or Make.

Built for Lead Capture and Case Management

Salesforce Agent focuses on three core functions: lead capture, record management, and case automation. Businesses can configure the chatbot to qualify inbound leads through conversational prompts, automatically creating or updating Salesforce records based on responses. This eliminates the need for static web forms or manual CRM entry.

For customer support teams, the agent can handle case routing and status updates directly within the chat interface. Users can ask the bot to escalate issues, assign cases to specific agents, or pull up existing tickets without navigating Salesforce's native UI. Jotform suggests this speeds up response times, particularly for teams managing high volumes of customer inquiries.

The tool also supports automated workflows triggered by specific chat interactions. For instance, a user might configure the agent to send follow-up emails, update lead scores, or notify team members when certain conditions are met. These workflows run natively within Salesforce, avoiding the latency or complexity of external automation platforms.

Integration Timing Aligns With Dreamforce Push

Jotform's announcement comes as the company showcased Salesforce Agent templates at Dreamforce 2025, where it demonstrated pre-built configurations for common use cases like customer onboarding, support ticket triage, and lead qualification. The templates aim to reduce setup time for businesses adopting the chatbot.

The release also builds on Jotform's broader Salesforce integration strategy, which includes two-way data sync and a presence on Salesforce's AppExchange marketplace. By embedding AI chat functionality directly into the CRM, Jotform is positioning itself as a more seamless alternative to standalone chatbot platforms that require external connectors or API keys.

Salesforce Agent is available now to Jotform users with Salesforce accounts. Pricing details were not disclosed in the announcement, though Jotform typically gates advanced integrations behind its paid tiers. Businesses interested in testing the chatbot can access setup guides and templates through Jotform's platform.
