Google Dismantles IPIDEA Residential Proxy Network.

Google’s Threat Intelligence Group dismantled IPIDEA, a global residential proxy network used by more than 550 threat groups. A coordinated legal and technical takedown seized management domains and leveraged Google Play Protect to remove malicious apps from hijacked devices, disrupting adversary infrastructure and operations.
