San Francisco · Salesforce Park
Hosted by Steven Chen
SF AI Code and Coffee brings developers and AI enthusiasts together at Salesforce Park in San Francisco on 20 September 2026 for informal co-working, networking and project support. Taking place from 2:00 PM PDT, this inclusive Sunday meetup gives you the freedom to shape your own experience. Bring an AI or coding project and spend the session building, ask the community for help with a technical blocker, explore the feasibility of a side project, or simply meet other people who work with code. Attending alone is welcome, as is bringing a friend or colleague. People of all skill levels attend. The format suits experienced software developers, learners working through homework, jobseekers looking to understand local opportunities, and curious builders who want to learn about different professions involving code. The wider San Francisco AI Code and Coffee group has more than 2,600 members and is organised around the principles of belonging, safety and trust. How the session works Near the beginning of the event, scheduled for around 2:15 PM, although it may start later, the group holds a short stand-up introduction circle. It begins with organiser announcements, updates and logistics, followed by three rounds: - Round one: Share your name, what you are working on and what you can help others with, in a maximum of seven seconds. - Round two: Mention roles you are hiring for or say that you are looking for an opportunity. Passing is completely fine. - Round three: Share a relevant community event, if you have one to promote. Once the circle finishes, the meetup becomes fully self-organised. You might settle into focused project work, find someone who can help unblock a problem, discuss companies and interviews, validate an ambitious idea, or spend the whole session socialising. There is no requirement to present work or take part in co-working. Venue and community The planned meeting point is the central grassy area on the fourth level of Salesforce Park, given as 425 Mission Street and also listed as 100 Fremont Street. The outdoor location is subject to change because of rain or other weather, so attendees should check the Meetup listing for current details before travelling.… Register for this event
