AI Festival 2026 (4 March)

AI Festival 2026 at Oxford Brookes University invites researchers, students, and staff from diverse fields to discover practical ways to apply AI in dissertations and real research projects. On 04 March 2026, from 12:00 to 16:00, join us in Forum Café (JHB Building) for a day of posters, presentations, and networking hosted by the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics Network (AIDAN). This in-person event is designed to be welcoming to newcomers—no prior AI experience required; curiosity is all you need to dive into AI-powered research workflows. What to expect: - Plenary talk by Prof. David Clifton, Royal Academy of Engineering Chair of Clinical Machine Learning at the University of Oxford. His session covers foundation models for healthcare, clinical decision support, digital health, and the safe deployment of machine learning in real-world medical settings. - Poster presentations: students and staff showcase AI-enabled research across computing, business, arts, health, engineering, and more.
