⌖ Bangkok · Treehouse Cafe & Bar

Hosted by Jaume R.

Build AI products people will pay for at this informal builders meetup in Bangkok, taking place on 25 October 2026 at Treehouse Cafe & Bar. From AI idea to paying customer Vibe Coding Products in Bangkok brings together people who are using AI to turn early ideas into useful, launchable products. Hosted by Jaume R., this first edition creates a relaxed setting where builders can show their work, compare approaches and help one another make progress. The meetup runs from 5:00pm to 7:00pm ICT on Sunday, 25 October 2026 at Treehouse Cafe & Bar, 20 Sukhumvit 31 in Watthana. Rather than focusing only on code, the conversation will cover the full journey from deciding what to build to finding the first paying customer. Topics and questions may include: - Choosing an AI product idea worth pursuing - Turning a rough concept into a working prototype - Deciding how and when to launch - Working out what to charge - Finding early users and first customers - Getting feedback on a demo or half-built product - Moving an existing product beyond its current stage Attendees may be building with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another AI development tool. The emphasis is on sharing practical experiences rather than prescribing one particular stack. Who should attend? All stages are welcome. You might arrive with nothing more than an idea, a prototype that only partly works, or a product already earning revenue. You do not need a technical background, and you do not need to have made money from your project. Curiosity, a desire to build something useful and the motivation to keep moving are enough. Bring a demo if you have one, a question you want to explore, or a specific problem that has slowed you down. You can also come simply to meet other locally based AI builders and learn what they are creating. A conversational builders meetup Expect informal, peer-led conversations rather than a formal lecture or highly structured workshop. The format is designed for swapping ideas, receiving direct feedback and discussing both product development and commercial decisions with people who also want to ship. Attendees can additionally use Meetup’s event chat to connect before the session begins. View the event and registration details

⌖ Glasgow · Learning & Teaching Building (floor 3, room 324)

Hosted by NeuraSearch Laboratory

A two-hour interactive workshop in Glasgow for adults navigating how children use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT. Taking place on Tuesday 27 October 2026, from 6pm to 8pm, Growing up with AI creates space for parents, guardians and educators to examine what AI could mean for children’s learning, relationships and development. Generative AI is already becoming part of everyday life for many children and young people. They may turn to it for homework support, creative projects or answers to everyday questions, but its growing presence also raises important questions. Does AI strengthen children’s thinking, or can it begin to do too much of the work for them? How might regular interaction with AI affect emotional habits and friendships? Where do its benefits end and its risks begin? What the workshop will explore Rather than presenting a one-way lecture, this in-person, interactive session invites attendees to discuss these questions together, compare experiences and contribute their own perspectives. The conversation will cover: - What parents and teachers notice about children’s emotional habits when AI becomes part of daily life - How children’s friendships may be affected by their use of AI tools - Whether AI supports independent thinking or starts replacing parts of the learning process - The wider benefits, risks and unresolved questions surrounding AI in children’s lives There will be opportunities to ask questions and hear from other parents, guardians and education professionals. Experiences shared during the workshop will also contribute to research intended to improve understanding of children’s AI use, making this more than an introductory discussion: it is an opportunity to help shape the emerging evidence around a fast-changing issue. Who should attend? The workshop is open to parents, guardians and educators, whether they feel curious about AI, concerned by it or somewhere in between. No previous knowledge of AI or technical experience is required, so the session is suitable for complete beginners as well as adults who have already encountered these tools at home or in educational settings.… Register for this event

Hosted by Oxford Artificial Intelligence Meetup

See practical AI development workflows in action at this online Oxford AI meetup on 12 November 2026, featuring three demos from active builders. Hosted by Daren T. and Adrian A., What are you building with AI? is a show-and-tell session focused on the tools, processes and lessons behind real projects. Rather than heavy theory or polished corporate presentations, members of the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Meetup will demonstrate what they are currently making, explain what works and share what they are learning when things do not go to plan. What will be demonstrated? The agenda covers three distinct approaches to applying AI in development workflows: - Daren will show how he set up Meetup events using ChatGPT alongside browser control, offering a practical example of using AI to automate an event-management task. - Adrian will present his latest work using local AI to write Flutter code, showing how AI-assisted coding can fit into a software development process without relying entirely on hosted models. - Naweed will demonstrate his AGENTS.md file and, if time and circumstances allow, walk through his full development process. Together, the demos provide a grounded look at AI automation, browser-based workflows, local coding assistants and the project instructions used to guide AI agents. The emphasis is not on abstract predictions about AI, but on seeing how other builders use it day to day. Who is it for? This session is particularly relevant to developers, AI experimenters, automation enthusiasts and anyone exploring how agents or coding tools can support practical work. You do not need to arrive with a finished project or prepare a presentation: attendees are explicitly welcome to watch, listen and learn, with no pressure to share their own work. The event takes place online at 8:00 PM on Thursday 12 November 2026. The attendance link will be visible to registered participants. It forms part of the Oxford group’s recurring second-Thursday meetup series, built around a straightforward question: what are you building with AI? Register for this online event
