A full-day AI business summit in Rochester on 29 October 2026, focused on adoption, workforce readiness and responsible implementation. Lead the Shift is designed for business owners, executives, HR and People leaders, operations professionals and other decision-makers assessing what AI means for their organisations and the future of work. Rather than concentrating solely on tools, the summit will examine practical business priorities including: - Leadership readiness and organisational change - Workforce skills for an AI-enabled workplace - Responsible AI implementation - Stronger collaboration between HR, IT, operations and business leaders The programme runs from 8:30am to 5:30pm EDT at The Rochester Academy of Medicine, 1441 East Ave. Expect keynote conversations, practical learning sessions, facilitated discussions, networking and four DisruptHR ROC talks.
